You will use a Testamentary Instruction Form to document your clients wishes. These instructions are then sent to us for our preparation (we recommend that you keep the original and only send us a scan or copy). Upon completion a draft copy of the documents will be sent by secure digital means for you to approve and make any amendments where necessary. Once approval has been given the professionally presented final documents are then sent to you for your client to sign and attest.
Should you require technical assistance before or after taking instructions for a client then we offer unlimited technical support. You can email as many times as required. Email enquiries are required for insurance purposes and also minimise any misunderstanding therefore we are unable to provide technical assistance by telephone.
Unfortunately, both Northern Ireland and Scotland have a separate legal system to England and Wales and, as such, we are unable to draft Lasting Powers of Attorney or Wills for clients residing in either of these countries. We can, however, draft Wills for clients residing in those countries to cover any immovable assets that they may own in England and Wales.
As we are only your back office, you decide how much to charge your clients and we charge you a set fee dependent on the services being drafted. Our price list shows guide prices for all of our services for you to work from if you wish.
